March 13th, Möbius WordPress Theme
We have received lots of requests from the ordinary people who wanted to make their personal blogs mobile friendly. Our quotes on producing mobile compatible WordPress themes from the scratch were far from their expectations due to low budget. Each time we thought that some existing blog solution might be helpful in such cases. We decided to offer one that everybody can use in order to make his blog mobile optimized. And now we have published our free mobile compatible WordPress theme called Möbius. It is simple, dark theme that can be used for personal blogging. Among its features there are the following: compatibility with touch-screen mobile phones, 3 color schemes, widget ready, optional twitter and facebook icons.

I noticed that the mobius theme does not have capabality for an admin to make changes, add posts, add header graphic etc. In fact, there is no “login” button on the blog to edit that page. What gives? Or maybe I am not clear on how to edit that page, once I activate the mobius theme.
There shouldn’t be any problem regarding adding posts. Can you give us more details on it? In order to display the “login” link you may add widget Meta in Appearance tab of WP admin panel.
I am using your mobius theme with WP ecommerce and have found the way it looks and works very impressive. I have found that product variations do not work in your theme for some reason.
What exactly product variations? Can you specify the details? Since the theme is compatible with mobile devices and plugins may not - there might be problems of course. Plugin customizations are possible by request.
Wp ecommerce variations selection tables do not function due to ths JS script jquery.stylish-select.min. I removed it and got them functioning.
Seems it was a JS conflict of stylish select jQuery plugin with eCommerce JS.
I am not clear on what URLs to use for the Social Networking Icons. Would those be general URL’s directly to the individual sites or would they be specific to our own accounts (such as a link to our personal facebook feed)?
They’re optional. If you have registered Twitter or Facebook accounts you may specify these URLs. You may control the visibility of these icons on the Mobius options page.
